By accessing or using ICON Communities (communities.theicon.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Description of Service
ICON Communities is a platform operated by BeThereSMG LLC ("ICON," "we," "us") that provides intelligence communities, professional education content, terrain-driven capture intelligence, and cohort-based sessions for government contracting professionals.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Terrain Codes and Paid Sessions
Terrain codes are time-limited, seat-limited access tokens for cohort sessions. Once a seat is claimed via Stripe checkout, the purchase is final. Terrain codes expire at the date and time indicated and cannot be extended. Session access is per-firm, not per-individual.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on ICON Communities — including GPS Briefs, terrain analysis, session recordings, and curriculum materials — is the intellectual property of BeThereSMG LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Data Provenance
Intelligence products reference 4,518,077+ procurement records traced from bill to award. Data is sourced from public federal procurement databases (SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending) and processed through ICON's proprietary analysis pipeline. ICON does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party source data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing terrain codes, session credentials, or GPS terminal access with unauthorized parties
- Automated scraping or data extraction from any ICON property
- Misrepresenting your identity, NAICS classification, or firm credentials
- Using intelligence products to manipulate procurement processes
8. Limitation of Liability
ICON Communities provides intelligence and analysis for informational purposes. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment advisor. Intelligence products do not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice. BeThereSMG LLC's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stafford County, Virginia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
